- 🔄 Class Transfer: Already a Silver Member and wish to transfer to a different weekly class? Use this form to let us know your new preference.
- 🆕 New Silver Members: Looking to join the Silver ranks from a different membership level? Submit your details below to initiate the change.

- 🕒 Review Process: Once submitted, your form will be reviewed within 72 hours. We aim to ensure that your Tai Chi journey aligns perfectly with your needs.
- 🛑 No Immediate Changes: Your current membership remains unchanged until your request is approved. We appreciate your patience as we meticulously review each application.
- ❌ Availability: Should your desired class be full or unsuitable at the moment, your application won't be approved immediately. Instead, you'll be added to a waiting list, poised for the next available spot.
- 🔽 Downgrading/Upgrading?: If you're changing your membership level and your request is approved, expect your payment to be adjusted accordingly in your next installment.
- 📆 Installment Date Change: Be aware that the next installment date may shift to the date your request is approved. Upon approval, you will be given immediate access to the agreed class memberships. Conversely, if you are moving away from any classes, your access to those classes will be removed immediately.
- 📧 Consistent Contact: To avoid confusion or complications, please ensure you use the same email address you initially joined with. This helps us quickly verify your membership and process your request smoothly.
