A Global Celebration of Movement & Stillness

Each year on the last Saturday of April, practitioners across the world come together in a remarkable wave of shared practice. Starting at 10 AM in the earliest time zones of New Zealand and flowing westward as the planet turns, World Tai Chi & Qigong Day creates a continuous ribbon of qi circling the globe.

Join the Tai Chi Globe community at The Wades Centre in Princes Risborough as we take part in this global celebration. This free event is open to members, friends, and family — everyone is welcome.

"When you see that look on people's faces, from so many different lands, you can't help but deeply realize that we are indeed one world... and one breath."

Join the Global Movement

Since 1999, World Tai Chi & Qigong Day has grown from a single gathering in Kansas City to a worldwide phenomenon. At 10 AM local time, in city after city, practitioners step outside — in parks, plazas, and community centres — to share these ancient arts with their neighbours.
