At Tai Chi Globe, our classes are designed to support health, wellbeing, and gentle fitness. However, they are not a substitute for medical advice or treatment.
Before You Begin
If you have any medical condition, are pregnant, or are taking medication, please consult your doctor before starting.
Do not take part if you have experienced chest pain, dizziness, or other concerning symptoms in the last month.
If you have asthma, diabetes, a heart condition, or are recovering from Covid, please seek medical advice first.
During Class
Listen to your body — if you feel pain or discomfort, stop immediately and rest.
Participation is voluntary, and you may leave a session at any time.
Liability
While every effort is made to provide a safe and supportive environment, participation in Tai Chi Globe classes (in person or online) is at your own risk. By attending, you acknowledge and accept that:

Welch Wellbeing / Tai Chi Globe / Lee Welch cannot accept responsibility for injuries, losses, or damages, except where English law does not allow exclusion (such as death or personal injury caused by negligence).
We cannot accept liability for the actions of third-party trainers or services.
