At Tai Chi Globe, our classes are designed to support health, wellbeing, and gentle fitness. However, they are not a substitute for medical advice or treatment.


Before You Begin

  • If you have any medical condition, are pregnant, or are taking medication, please consult your doctor before starting.

  • Do not take part if you have experienced chest pain, dizziness, or other concerning symptoms in the last month.

  • If you have asthma, diabetes, a heart condition, or are recovering from Covid, please seek medical advice first.


During Class

  • Listen to your body — if you feel pain or discomfort, stop immediately and rest.

  • Participation is voluntary, and you may leave a session at any time.


Liability

While every effort is made to provide a safe and supportive environment, participation in Tai Chi Globe classes (in person or online) is at your own risk. By attending, you acknowledge and accept that:

  • All physical activity carries an element of risk.

  • Participation is entirely voluntary and at your own discretion.

  • Welch Wellbeing / Tai Chi Globe / Lee Welch cannot accept responsibility for injuries, losses, or damages, except where English law does not allow exclusion (such as death or personal injury caused by negligence).

  • We cannot accept liability for the actions of third-party trainers or services.
